Do you support fleets outside of Manaus and the Amazonas state?
Yes. While our headquarters is in Manaus, Strategia's tracking platform operates across Brazil. Remote onboarding, configuration and ongoing technical support are available nationwide, and we have experience working with long-haul and multi-state operations.
What kind of support is available after implementation?
Our support team is available by phone and email throughout office hours. For critical operational issues affecting active tracking, we prioritise responses and, where necessary, escalate to our senior technicians. We don't pass clients through automated queues.
